These Terms of Service govern your use of SocialAI. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Replace this with your final legal copy before launch.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your credentials.

2. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable use

• No automated scraping of platforms outside provided APIs.
• No spam, harassment, or unlawful content.
• No reverse engineering of the platform.

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process and publish it on your behalf via connected platforms.

5. Liability

SocialAI is provided “as is” without warranty. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
